Can you help me with troubleshooting issues?

If you’re having issues accessing the courses, try viewing the content in a separate browser (Chrome or Firefox or Safari). You can also try logging out, and then logging back in. If that fails, do a full device restart. If you are still experiencing issues after attempting the above steps, please let us know.

Why can't I see my questions on the videos?

We love answering your questions! Once submitted, your comments will be held in review until Rich, Richard and Ronnie reply. Don’t worry about submitting your question multiple times, as it will be made visible once the tutors have responded!
