How does the free trial work?

Each student is entitled to one free trial with Tailored Tutors.

To start, select your subject(s) and click “Try 2 Days Free”. Follow the checkout process to begin your 2-day free access.

Use the trial to explore the platform and decide if Tailored Tutors is right for you. If you want to continue, no action is needed—your subscription will begin automatically, and you’ll be charged at the end of the trial.

If you decide not to continue, simply cancel anytime during your 2-day trial to avoid being charged.

Please Note: We encourage students to trial all subjects they’re interested in during the free trial, as a second trial will not be available for additional subjects later.

What’s the A/A* Guarantee?

Our A/A* Guarantee stipulates that if you don’t get the grade that you need for your first choice university, using our methods, then you will get refunded for the cost of your Membership.

Please note, it applies exclusively to the Biology and Chemistry courses and you will need to submit evidence to demonstrate that you’re following the TT Revision Method™ to qualify. See the A/A* Guarantee Page for more information.

Do you offer private 1 on 1 tutoring?

Yes! We’ve recently launched a premium private tutoring agency, where you’ll have access to some of the best tutors in the country to support you on your learning journey.

How does the subscription Membership work?

We offer our courses as monthly subscriptions, as well as multi-month bulk packages that can be paid for with a one-time fee. This is so that we can offer affordable A level tutoring that is flexible to suit a wide variety of student and family needs.

Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring basis until canceled. Your billing period depends on the subscription you chose at checkout. Each payment grants you access for the following month, and to maintain access, payments must be made on time.

If you no longer wish to continue, you can cancel anytime. To avoid your next charge, simply cancel before your billing date & time. Once canceled, you’ll still retain access until the end of your current trial or billing period.

Please Note: Private 1 on 1 tutoring through our agency is not included in a Membership-these sessions would be booked and paid for separately.

Is it too late to start?

No! Better late than never! Please don’t give up on yourself—we’re here to support you right up until the day of your exams. Even if your exams are just a week away, you can still jump into a live class and ask your tutor for the best way to make the most of your time. Why are there so many pricing options?

To provide affordable A Level tutoring, we created an adaptive checkout that lets you choose the most cost-effective solution for your needs.

You can select from different Membership durations and customise your plan by choosing any combination of our three A Level subjects: Biology, Chemistry, and Maths—so you only pay for what you need!

Do you cover other subjects or exam boards?

At this time, we cover AQA, OCR (A), and Edexcel (A). At Tailored Tutors we like to focus on quality rather than quantity. We pride ourselves on selecting from the most qualified experts in the country, for that particular A Level subject, to craft outstanding exam board specific resources. As you can imagine, this is no mean feat! Maintaining and updating our current courses is our top priority.

We have recently launched a new private tuition agency which will have a wider range of experts available for 1 on 1 sessions.

Can I extend my free trial?

We offer one free trial per student, so be sure to select all the subjects you’re interested in and make the most of it!

If you need more time to decide before committing to a longer-term plan, we offer a monthly price option, so you can keep accessing tutoring at an affordable rate while finalizing your revision plans.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes! Our pricing model is designed with built-in discounts to provide affordable A Level tutoring options:
1. Multi-month packages (access until the end of this exam year*) cost 40% less per week than the weekly subscription. (*Please note: these are only offered up to 5 months before the end of the academic year)
2. Extended multi-month packages (access until the end of next exam year) cost 50% less per week than the weekly subscription.
