1. Terms

By accessing this website, you agree to be bound by these website Terms & Conditions Of Use, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site. The materials contained in this web site are protected by applicable copyright and trade mark law.

2. Refund Policy

Tailored Tutors may, at their sole discretion, grant refunds on purchases made prior to June 1st of the examination year on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the course—for new users only. These refunds are only considered for new users (a new user is a student who has never used Tailored Tutors before in either a free or paid capacity—including a free trial and/or free access via the Flip courses). A refund for these new users may only be granted on the grounds of dissatisfaction with the course. If you wish to claim a refund due to dissatisfaction with the course, you are required to contact us within the first 3 days of your enrolment, and before the first exam date in the given subject, if you feel that the course will not improve your marks. Students who choose to be refunded on the grounds of dissatisfaction will also immediately lose access to all free Flip resources at the time of their refund (as these content resources are identical to the paid ones and it is determined the student is therefore also dissatisfied with the free Flip resources). To avoid unnecessary refunds, it is strongly advised that students trial our courses via the free trial prior to paying for their course.

Members are not entitled to refunds for subscription payment collected as a result of mis-timed cancellation, forgetting to cancel, or failure to understand that a subscription fee will be charged (at the end of a free trial or on a recurring basis until cancelled).
See section 3. “Subscriptions” for more information.

We operate a “fair use” Refund Policy—this means we reserve the right to not refund you if we feel you are taking advantage of the Refund Policy.

Examples of taking advantage of the Refund Policy include, but are not limited to:

  1. Using premium services such as the Live Classes or asking questions inside the course via the question asking feature. As we have to pay tutors for their time spent directly teaching/supporting students via these services, it’s not fair to expect us to refund you if you have used them.
  2. Not informing us of your concerns with the course prior to requesting a refund. If you are in any way unhappy or dissatisfied with the course, we ask you to please contact us immediately so we can first take action to correct it wherever possible in lieu of simply issuing a refund. Contact hello@tailoredtutors.co.uk or submit your concerns using the chat any time.
  3. Waiting too long to advise us of a refund request.
  4. Using the course, in any capacity, after notifying us that you are dissatisfied with it and requesting a refund.
  5. Not contacting us before exams if you are unhappy with the course.
  6. Live Classes are bonus tutor touch-points included in your Membership—they may be cancelled at any point. The cancellation of Live Classes, or the occurrence of a pre-scheduled break in Live Classes, does not warrant a refund.
  7. Using the course to study for exams and then requesting a refund around the time of your exam. Students who enroll in a course and binge watch the tutorials in preparation for mocks, a test, or right before exams—and then request a refund—are not eligible for a refund.
  8. Using a significant proportion of the course before asking for a refund. We believe that you should be able to decide whether the course is working for you (or not) well before you have almost completed the course. If the course is not working for you, you must stop using it immediately and ask for a refund before you get more than 25% of the way through. Students who have completed 25% or more of the course are not eligible for a refund.
  9. Connecting to the Tailored Tutors Academy using a VPN may affect our analytics on video viewing data, and as a result, will void any claim to a refund as we will not be able to accurately determine the percentage of video content that has been viewed (which is how we determine what percentage of the course you’ve completed).
  10. Using ad-blockers. Although the original intent of these extensions is to stop advertisements, oftentimes they can block browser cookies as well. We rely on certain tracking cookies to measure “play events” and record analytics. If students disable this, we have no way of recording that information, and cannot determine accurately the percentage of the course which has been completed (meaning: we cannot confirm whether less than 25% of the course has been completed, and therefore, the refund claim is invalid). As we do not allow ads inside our courses, there is no need for ad-blockers while using them.
  11. Using security browsers. There are browsers that are made for maximum privacy and, by default, disable all cookies and caches from being saved. Oftentimes they double down by having a built in ad-blocker as well (for example: Chromium based browsers like Brave or Epic), and therefore prevent us from accurately determining what percentage of the course has been completed (and thus, will void any refund claim).
  12. Any indications of copyright abuse or “competitor shopping”.
  13. Any indications of privately issued coupon codes having been shared and applied by users who they were not originally issued for.
  14. Any indications of Refer A Friend system abuse to capitalise on Amazon referral vouchers.
  15. Any indications of affiliate link or code sharing abuse.
  16. Any indications of account sharing—this includes, but is not limited to, tutor Members sharing their account access with private tutees, paid or free trial Members sharing their account with other students and/or Flip Members sharing their account with other students or teachers.
  17. Any indications of prior free trial abuse or free trial abuse attempts.
  18. Claiming a refund due to minor missing content and/or errors. We do our best to make sure our courses are as complete and accurate as possible—but no one can guarantee perfection. If you believe there are significant omissions or errors in your course, please advise us in the first instance and give us a chance to fix it.
  19. Not doing the work required to improve your grade and citing lack of improvement as your reason for requesting a refund. Our courses do not download the information into a user’s brain—students must use the lessons and make notes as we suggest. Paying for the course is one way we encourage students to actually use the course—if students get it for free, they are less likely to “do the work”. Users are encouraged to try a minimum of 15% of the lessons, making high quality notes (structured using our Template Notes) before requesting a refund, to ensure they can make an informed decision about the effectiveness of our courses.
  20. A user’s own technical difficulties. If you are experiencing technical difficulties, please contact hello@tailoredtutors.co.uk or start a chat with us—we will help you troubleshoot the issue until it is resolved, and address any technical errors inside our courses as they are discovered. For the best user experience, we recommend students use our courses on a desktop computer, rather than a phone or tablet.
  21. User excuses. “Not having enough time” etc. is not an excuse that will get you a good grade, and it’s not an excuse that carries weight with us either. Of course, if there is a tragedy that is out of your control such a death in the family, major sickness, major accident, etc.—we would be happy to send you our best wishes and refund you.
  22. Language difficulties. In order to benefit from our courses, it is expected that users have a strong grasp of the English language.
  23. Falsified information. If a user provides invalid information upon enrolment, such as email address, name, year of study, exam board or post code—they do not qualify for a refund.
  24. Attempting to falsify course completion metrics to claim that you have “genuinely used” the course prior to a refund request OR skipping through the course for specific answers or content with the intention of requesting a refund afterwards (claiming that you “didn’t use” the course).

3. Subscriptions

  1. Subscriptions, whether weekly or monthly, are on-going until cancelled, and are charged automatically by our digital payment processing system. You will be charged for your subscription on a recurring basis, in perpetuity, until you cancel it (on either a weekly or monthly cadence, depending on the subscription type you chose at checkout). It is solely your responsibility to cancel your subscription when you no longer want/need it. If you do not cancel your Membership subscription prior to your billing date, you will be charged for it—plain and simple. There is absolutely no scenario in which our billing system will charge you if you have already cancelled.
  2. Students may cancel their subscription(s) at any time without losing access to their course. Meaning: there is absolutely no reason to wait to cancel until the last minute. It is for this reason that Members are not entitled to refunds for subscription payments collected as a result of mis-timed cancellation or forgetting to cancel.
  3. A subscription payment will grant you access to your course for the following billing period (which is the following week or month, depending on your subscription type). To be exceptionally clear: a payment does not pay for access you already had during the previous billing period—it pays for you to have access in the upcoming billing period.
  4. At the time of initial purchase (starting the subscription), it is mandatory for students to complete the post-checkout form with true & accurate information.
  5. It is solely the Member’s responsibility to familiarise themselves with these subscription policies and ensure they understand how their subscription with Tailored Tutors works—including the nature of the subscription agreement they are entering into when they start their subscription. We make every effort to ensure students understand how our subscription service functions, and also provide clear and readily available instructions to support them to cancel if/when they want to. Tailored Tutors cannot be responsible for a lack of understanding of what a subscription is, or how it works, nor the financial implications resulting from a Member’s lack of understanding of a subscription agreement.
  6. It is solely the Member’s responsibility to know when their billing date is and to manage their Membership subscription accordingly, by either:
    A) Cancelling their subscription prior to their billing date to avoid being charged, or;
    B) Ensuring their payment details are up-to-date and/or that there are appropriate funds in their account to cover the subscription fee for their Tailored Tutors Membership to keep access to their course.
  7. You may cancel your subscription at any time. If you would like to cancel your subscription, simply complete the following steps:
    1) Log in to the Academy and enter your course.
    2) Click on your name in the top right hand corner of your course screen.
    3) Click “Cancel Subscription”.
    4) Choose your cancellation reason & give us feedback on the course.
    5) After you fill out the form, select the Membership you want to cancel, and actually cancel it.
Notes: Your Membership will not be cancelled simply by completing the form. You will need to cancel your Membership after submitting form. You will continue to receive full access until the end of your billing cycle.
  8. Our system will attempt to collect payment for your subscription automatically from the card you used at time of sign up, on a recurring basis congruent with your subscription, until you cancel it. If an attempt to collect payment fails (due to insufficient funds or any other reason), your subscription Membership will immediately end and you will be unenrolled from your course(s), losing access. Once you’ve lost access, simply changing your account payment details inside the Academy will not restart your subscription Membership. In order to regain access to your course, you will need to resubscribe via the checkout process on the public Tailored Tutors website once more. It is for this reason we strongly advise students set a recurring alarm or calendar notification to review their payment information and ensure there are appropriate funds available in their account to cover their subscription fee.
  9. Discounts applied to an existing subscription will only remain as long as that specific subscription is live. This means: if you end your subscription, or are automatically unenrolled due to failed payment (or any other reason), your discount will end too. Members who lose their discount due to unenrollment are not entitled to receive the same discounts again.
  10. Each student must enrol in Tailored Tutors with their own account and Membership. Subscription, Membership and/or account sharing is explicitly prohibited, and will not be tolerated. We monitor a range of user metrics to identify unique users and determine fair usage (including IP addresses, account log ins, free trial attempts, active learning sessions, tutor questions asked, quiz completions, resource downloads, video watch times, and more).
Students who are determined to be subscription, Membership and/or account sharing will:
    1) Immediately have their account(s) terminated without refund (including Flip free school access).
    2) No longer qualify for the A/A* Guarantee.
    3) Be prevented from creating new accounts.
    4) Be prevented from enrolling in Tailored Tutors courses in the future—including paid courses, promotional offers, free Flip school access and free trials.
This is a strictly enforced, zero tolerance policy.
  11. After your final A Level exam of the year, you will need to cancel your own subscription. We serve a range of students (Year 12, 13 and Resit) as well as foreign students on different academic schedules, and independent students—we have no way of knowing whether or not you still require your subscription, and therefore, cannot be responsible for terminating your subscription when you no longer need it.
  12. Students are responsible for checking their bank statements after cancellation to ensure that no further payments are withdrawn.
  13. The email address that you enroll in the course with will be our primary source of contact with you, and will be used to identify you in your communications with our support team. It is your responsibility to ensure your email address is spelled correctly at time of sign up, and to ensure you have access to the email account associated with your Tailored Tutors account, as it is the only way to reset your password or regain access to your account in the case of forgotten password.
  14. As per GDPR, we cannot share account information with you unless you contact us from the email address associated with your account. Account information we cannot release includes, but is not limited to, Membership and subscription information, payment information, and refund information. To have your account information released, you must contact us from the email address associated with your Tailored Tutors account.

4. Multi-Month Package Memberships

  1. Tailored Tutors multi-month package Memberships grant a student access to the included subject courses until either the end of exams this academic year, or the end of exams next academic year—according to the subjects and package selected at the time of checkout. The “end of exams” is determined to be July 1st of the given academic year.
  2. Multi-month package Memberships are only offered as one-time purchases—they are explicitly not subscriptions. To be exceptionally clear: if you purchase a multi-month package Membership, you will not be charged beyond the initial payment required to purchase it. Your access will simply end at the determined end date associated with your chosen package.
  3. Multi-month package Memberships are not eligible to be combined with any other discounts or promotions.
  4. At the time of initial purchase (starting the multi-month package Membership), it is mandatory for students to complete the post-checkout form with true & accurate information.
  5. Students are solely responsible for making use of their course materials & the included support resources throughout their access time period included in their multi-month package Membership. Refunds will not be granted on the grounds of limited usage.
  6. Pro-rata refunds, where deemed appropriate by Tailored Tutors, will be calculated using the full price weekly subscription rate at the time of purchase to determine access spend (rather than the discounted multi-month rate) and be returned less a £50 processing fee.
  9. As per GDPR, we cannot share account information with you unless you contact us from the email address associated with your account. Account information we cannot release includes, but is not limited to, Membership and subscription information, payment information, and refund information. To have your account information released, you must contact us from the email address associated with your Tailored Tutors account.

5. Free Trial

The free trial is intended to give students a full preview of the Tailored Tutors experience. It provides a crystal clear, all-access indication of the type of tutorials, support materials, resources and tutor access that is included with a TT Membership—ensuring that students have enough information to make an informed decision about fit before they buy.

  1. Each student is entitled to one free trial with Tailored Tutors.
  2. Free trials are only available on either weekly or monthly subscription Memberships—free trials are not available on multi-month package Memberships.
  3. Students have the duration of their one free trial to cancel their subscription Membership if they decide TT is not the right fit for their needs. A free trial subscription which is cancelled before the end of the free trial access period will simply terminate at the end of the free trial access period—it will not convert to a paid subscription. If you wish to keep your Membership and decide not to cancel before your free trial ends, you will be automatically charged at the end of your free trial for the Membership subscription you selected at time of sign up, and the subscription will be live from that point onwards (until cancelled).
  4. If a student does not wish to keep access beyond their free trial access period, they are required to cancel their Membership subscription before their billing date (when the first payment is due to be withdrawn, at the end of their free trial access period). Credits and/or refunds will not be offered in the case of mis-timed cancellation, forgotten cancellation, or for users who cancel after their payment is processed. Users are solely responsible for knowing when their billing date is, and for cancelling their Membership subscription before it if they do not wish to continue on with their Tailored Tutors course.
  5. Students are required to select the free trial subscription Membership that best suits their needs at time of sign up, as they will not be granted a second free trial to explore different subjects at a later date. For example, a student would choose both Biology and Chemistry as a bundle, rather than subscribing to Biology individually and attempting a second free trial for Chemistry later.
  6. Full and accurate payment information, including a valid post code, is mandatory at the time of checkout for a free trial Membership subscription. Attempts to start a free trial without full, accurate and valid payment information will be blocked—the student will not gain access to any Tailored Tutors courses.
  7. Students will receive access to the free trial for the period of time stated at the time of their sign up. After their free trial, the first payment will automatically be withdrawn from the card used to initially sign up.
  8. Students may cancel their free trial at any time within the free trial access period.
See section 3. “Subscriptions” for instructions to cancel.
  9. Attempting to access the free trial more than once is explicitly prohibited. Such behaviour disqualifies the student from being able to claim the A/A* Guarantee, and will result in being fully blocked from all Tailored Tutors products & services (paid or free, including free Flip school resources) indefinitely. Students should be aware that attempting to access the free trial more than once is explicitly theft, and will be handled as such.
This is a strictly enforced, zero tolerance policy—second chances will not be offered.

6. Question & Answer

  1. Before posting a question inside the course, student’s are required to read the other questions on that page first to self-serve the answer to their query. Since our courses are organised into very specific segments of information, and we’ve served over 65,000 students to date—it is highly likely the same question has already been answered, in-depth, on that page.
  2. Students are required to ask their questions on the relevant topic page—this will speed things up and make it easier for our tutors to give specific information pertaining to each question. Likewise, questions about a specific exam question or past paper should be asked on the relevant page. Questions referring to a specific point in a video on a given page should include the time stamp (e.g. 06:35).
  3. Upon posting your question, it will disappear. Questions will reappear once the tutor has approved and responded to them. Tutors respond to questions within 24 hours. Students are expected to wait up to 24 hours for a response without reposting their same question again.
  4. Students are required to give context for their level of understanding of the topic they are asking about within their question so the tutor can better understand how to help. Students must use full, coherent sentences in order to receive a response from our tutors—it is unrealistic to assume our tutors can understand shorthand or slang, or simply “read your mind”.
  5. The question box will not accept special characters—ensure you use alphanumeric characters and basic punctuation only. You may also upload a photo of your work so far.
  6. Tutors don’t respond to email, text or online chat. The only way for students to connect directly with their tutor (outside of Live Classes) is through the question asking feature on each page inside the course. The chat is for customer service related concerns (like Membership questions, billing, etc.)—if you contact our customer service team with content or exam related questions, or asking for revision advice, they won’t be able to give you the answer (because they simply don’t know those kinds of things). For all A Level course & exam related questions (including revision advice), please contact your tutor directly using the question asking feature inside your course.
  7. Whilst we are always willing to support you in your studies, we do operate a “fair use” policy regarding the question asking feature. “Fair use” within the question asking feature equates to approx. 100 comments, per subject, per month. (This allows for, on average, 3 questions per subject, per day.) If this is exceeded, we cannot guarantee your comment will be answered.

7. Use License

  1. All materials are copyright Tailored Tutors.
  2. The courses and materials are exclusively for the use of individual students studying for their exams. If you are a teacher, tutor, organisation or charity you must make Tailored Tutors aware of this when you enroll to avoid copyright infringement.
  3. We do not allow competitor shopping. Users who are determined to be offering the same or similar services to Tailored Tutors, who are found to have active accounts which have not been disclosed to Tailored Tutors, will be immediately unenrolled without refund and blocked from creating future Memberships.
  4. Permission is granted to view the materials for personal, non-commercial, transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

    1. modify, copy or reproduce the materials in any way;
    2. use the materials for any commercial purpose, or for any public display (commercial or non-commercial);
    3. attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any content contained on Tailored Tutors’ web site;
    4. remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials; or
    5. transfer the materials to another person or ‘mirror’ the materials on any other server.
  5. This license shall automatically terminate if you violate any of these restrictions and may be terminated by Tailored Tutors at any time. Upon terminating your viewing of these materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any downloaded materials in your possession whether in electronic or printed format.
  6. Login details and accounts may not be shared with other users (students, teachers, tutors, or otherwise). The site tracks users IP address and alerts us when unusual sign in activity occurs.

8. Disclaimer

The materials on Tailored Tutors’ website are provided ‘as is’. Tailored Tutors’ makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Tailored Tutors does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its internet website or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

9. Limitations

In no event shall Tailored Tutors or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Tailored Tutors’ internet site, even if Tailored Tutors or a Tailored Tutors authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.

10. Revisions & Errata

The materials appearing on Tailored Tutors’ website could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. Tailored Tutors does not warrant that any of the materials on its website are accurate, complete, or current. Tailored Tutors may make changes to the materials contained on its website at any time without notice. Tailored Tutors does not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Tailored Tutors has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its internet website and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement by Tailored Tutors of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the user’s own risk.

12. GDPR Regulations & Tailored Tutors’ Privacy Policy

Protecting your rights and privacy is incredibly important to us, so we want to take a moment to inform you of your rights and our updated privacy policies, effective May 25th, 2018 — in no uncertain terms.

Here’s what’s not changing:

  1. Tailored Tutors takes great care with our client data, like names, payment information, grades and email addresses. This information has always been protected by us, and is not available to any outside entities—we do not share or sell data. We use these identifying details to create accounts and manage student purchases.
  2. Tailored Tutors is fully transparent about the data that it collects on our students.
    1. The information that we collect, is the information that you provide to us upon enrolment, that directly relates to our service. This includes: payment details, name, email, location, year of study, exam board, and subject of study. Should you provide any other information to us when signing up for services, such as school name, phone number or friend referrals, then you are actively providing us with personal information, and give consent for us to keep this information on file until you request for it to be removed.
    2. Our online Academy also collects data on how much of our videos you watch, and produces a report on your percentage of completion. We can not exclude this data from our service, since it is part of our service. By using our Academy, you agree to have information on your IP Address, number of log ins, course completion rates, payment schedule and purchases kept on file.
    3. Lastly, due to the sheer volume of students in our academy, we manage our students in a CRM called Intercom, and use a combination of direct and automatic communications through Intercom. When you sign up for a course in our Academy (academy.tailoredtutors.co.uk) you are added to our CRM along with the following details: name, email address, enrolled course, date of enrolment, and cost of purchase. We do require that you tell us your year of study and exam board so that we can provide our service to you, and this information is requested in a form that you will complete directly after enrolment.

When entered into our CRM you will not enter into an email automation unless you expressly opt in. If you choose to opt in, you have the ability to opt out at any time. You are given this opt out information upon enrolment, and in all automatic correspondence.

  1. We use third party providers (like Google Analytics and Meta Analytics) to give us anonymous insights on how our websites perform, and how students interact with our content, in order to improve our services. By using our services, you agree to have anonymous data collected via Google and Meta, as well as their associated sister companies (Instagram, Facebook and Youtube).

Here’s what is Changing:

  1. We have made it much easier for you to manage your own privacy and information. These options have always been available, we’ve just made the process more user friendly:
    1. You have the right to request any information that we keep on your account, including information in our CRM (Intercom), our Academy (Teachable) or our secure payment gateway (Stripe). This service is now automated, and will be emailed directly to your email address should you fill out our request form. Please note that we will not release high security information to you in an email. You will need to contact us directly and corroborate your identity over the phone.
    2. You have the right to request that we delete your account information from our CRM at any time. Please note that the deletion of your account from our CRM will cause disruption to your services with us. Some of our services operate through our CRM (ie. A/A* Guarantee reminders, etc.), and if you remove your account you will not receive these services.
    3. You have the right to request that we delete all of your accounts with us. If we delete all of your accounts (Teachable and Intercom), then you will lose access to all of the products that you have ever purchased from us.

Please note that our automated system is highly functional. However, if there is a technical issue or delivery issue, and we do not receive your request, it is your responsibility to follow up with us within 14 business days. Once contacted, we will include your request and process it as soon as possible.

If you continue to use our services as of May 25th, 2018 it means that you agree to these new terms.

13. Site Terms of Use Modifications

Tailored Tutors may revise these Terms & Conditions Of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms & Conditions of Use.

14. Media Submissions

If you are submitting photo or video footage of yourself to Tailored Tutors to enter a competitions (e.g. Results Day Competition) then you accept that Tailored Tutors can use this media as promotion material on their website and social media channels.

By submitting media to Tailored Tutors you enter into the following agreement (“Agreement”) with Tailored Tutors (the “Producer”).

Here you are informed that Producer is capturing media and that your name, likeness, image, voice, appearance and/or performance is being digitally documented and made part of the media in which you appear (“Product”).

  1. You grant Producer and its designees the right to use the Product in any format, now known or later developed. You grant, without limitation, the right to edit, mix or duplicate and use or re-use Product in whole or in parts as Producer may elect. Producer or its designees have complete ownership of the Product, including copyright interests.
  2. You grant Producer and its designees the right to broadcast, exhibit, market and otherwise distribute the Product, in whole or in parts, and alone or with other products, for any purpose Producer or its designees determine. This grant includes the right to use Product for promoting or publicising starting on this day signed and dated for the next 4 years.
  3. You have the right to enter into Agreement and are not restricted by commitments to third parties.
  4. Producer has no financial commitment or obligations to you as a result of Agreement unless otherwise stated in the published entry conditions.
  5. Producer acknowledges that no content captured by Producer and its designees will be exposed to unlawful practises on any media.
  6. Producer will represent your likeness in a professional and positive manner, upholding the integrity of your character and reputation at all times.
  7. You acknowledge and understand that Producer cannot control the behaviour of other persons on the internet. You also understand that Producer cannot prevent yourself from being exposed to hostile, rude, nasty, defamatory or unfavourable comments, cyberbullying, trolling, harassment or other online behaviour that may have a negative impact on you. You accept that Producer is not liable for any negative consequences you may experience as a result of the behaviour of other persons related to your online presence and/or the Product. Examples of such negative experiences are physical and mental health issues.
  8. You grant permission, or have permission from your guardian, to take part in the filming and photography associated with the Producer’s Product.

15. Affiliate Relationships

If you would like to become an affiliate for Tailored Tutors please contact us via email to hello@tailoredtutors.co.uk

  1. Standard affiliate coupons are valid until the end of the academic year (July 31st) in which they are issued.
